Thuthukani Investment Consortium buys Fujitsu shares
Since 2008, Thuthukani Investment Consortium (a subsidiary of Thuthukani Information Technology Services (Pty) Ltd has been a shareholder of Fujitsu in the South Africa entity responsible for all English speaking African countries.
The latest transaction has resulted in a name change from Fujitsu SA to CoCr8 Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a majority black-owned company, as at the 1st of April 2020.
CoCr8 is the exclusive representative of Fujitsu products and product related services in South Africa and all English speaking African Countries.
