ATIO CORPORATION ANNOUNCES BUY-OUT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ETHOS TECHNOLOGY In January 2006 - Thuthukani IT Services increased its shareholding in ATIO to 35%. This was in line with the initial equity plan for ATIO Corporation and the deal resulted out of the buy-out of the US-based Zephyr Management Africa Investment Fund. The deal resulted in ATIO Corporation becoming 100% South African owned and positioned the company for future growth.
